• CDHS is a 501c3 nonprofit organization, founded in October, 2005.
• Our administrative office is located in the United Way building near downtown Rochester, although we do not provide patient care at this location.

CDHS Staff includes:

• Kris Billman, RDH Founder & Executive Director
• 3 Registered hygienists
• Volunteer Dentists for teledentistry
• Office administration staff
• Dozens of volunteers

To fund the cost of operation, CDHS depends upon:

• Grant funding for the uninsured
• Medical Assistance Reimbursement, (typically government assistance programs cover ~30% of usual and customary fees.
• Sliding fees.
