Children's Dental Health Services

• Children's Dental Health Services (CDHS) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization, founded in October, 2005.  
• Our administrative office is located in the United Way building near downtown Rochester.
• Patient care is provided by our 100% mobile equipment. We visit public health sites and area schools. 
   

CDHS Staff includes:

• Kris Billman, RDH Founder & Executive Director
• 3 Registered hygienists
• Volunteer Dentists for teledentistry
• Office administrative staff
• Dozens of volunteers

To fund the cost of operation, CDHS depends upon:

• Medical Assistance Reimbursement
• Grand funding for the uninsured
• Donations
